Mr. HUANG joined the IP profession in 2004 and joined Unitalen in 2007. He is a Member of All-China Patent Agents Association. Mr. HUANG’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to the mechanical, electro-mechanical and Materials Engineering arts. He is also involved with various patent matters such as infringement analysis, freedom-to-practice and invalidation and assists in patent litigation. Mr. HUANG works for a wide range of clients including large multi-national companies such as TOYOTA, AIRBUS, LG and 3M.
