From 2000 to 2004, Ms. Chen took the position of examiner at SIPO responsible for the examination work in the computer field. After left SIPO, she also took the work of quality checking and training the new comers. She ever worked in a large scale law firm and a large scale patent and trademark law firm. Ms. Chen’s practice focus on writing and preparing the patent application document, transferring and replying office action, reexamination, patent invalidation, patent infringement analyzing and legal consulting etc. Her practice fields involve in computer, communication, semiconductor, electron, autoimmunization etc.
